Hand – picked
The grapes left to dry up for 3 months are squeezed with a classic wooden press. The must is placed in the traditional chestnut barrels and left to ferment for 3 years. Removed from the barrels, it is left about two months to decant in the glass, then filtered with cotton fall and finally bottled.
Amber color, intense and ethereal aroma, with notes of dried fruit, especially almonds and candied fruit. Warm, soft and sweet. Generous – bodied, persistent and balanced. Aftertaste unified at the bouquet.
