Nearby Cortona, historical city of central Etruria and very close to National Park of Lake Trasimeno, you can find the vineyards of our small Tuscan winery.
2003 starting point of the new adventure in Tuscany;
2010 new implants of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot;
2013 new implants of Merlot and Chardonnay;
2015 first vinification Syrah and subsequent refinement in 3rd and 4th passage barriques;
2017 first bottling Syrah Di Ego 2015;
2024: First Trebbiano vinification in cement with 36-hour maceration and subsequent fermentation in barrique and cement;
2024: Launch of Heure Rose London Dry Gin, the first gin infused with Syrah DOC grapes from Cortona;
2025: Presentation of Elisar Trebbiano IGT Toscana.
